Frequently asked questions

Is the show indoor or outdoor?


The Christmas Show is both! We have a giant structure to accomodate stalls without gazebos and we have outdoor space to accomodate people with gazebos. We will also have use of the inside of the stadium to invite makers and other stallholders along too.




As a stallholder, do I have to stay the whole show time?


Yes, all stallholders are expected to stay for the alloted opening times.




What is the footfall?


This is hard to guarantee, as factors such as weather etc will have an impact on this. The show is designed to have all guests walk past every stall, so all stallholders will have all guests walking past. We expect to see over 3000 visitors at the Christmas Show, across the two days.




Am I guaranteed to get a stall?


No, the stall selection is done by the team for The Lifestyle Show. This is to make sure we have a variety of stalls available to guests and not too much competition between the same suppliers. If you do not get selected for a show, we will keep you on the waiting list for future shows.




How do I apply for a stall?


Follow the links on the stallholder page of the website, download the application form and send this over to us, filled out completely. You will need to attach a copy of your PLI certificate with your application. We will then confirm if you have got a place. If you are succesful, you will then be required to pay the deposit for your stall.




What are the pitch details?


Each pitch is 4.5m x 4.5m, within this your stall will be 3m x 3m. This is to allow for social distancing between stalls and give the stallholder plenty of room to show off their products.




How are you covering Covid-19 Restrictions?


The Lifestyle Show takes Covid-19 Restrictions very seriously. All guests will be directed to parking and then directed in 1 flow of traffic to enter the show. The guests will be offered hand sanitiser and masks upon entering the show. There will then be 1 direction of flow for guests to walk. All stalls will be required to provide hand sanitiser and will be expected to adhere to social distancing rules, along with clothing boutiques not allowing guests to try on clothes. All stalls will be socially distanced from eachother and the walk way will have enough room for guests to socially distance and visit a stall.




Where is the show?


The show will be held at Adams Park, home of Wycombe Wanderers FC.




Is it free to attend The Lifestyle Show?


Yes! Parking is also free :)




Where do I park?


Field based parking is available directly next to the stadium. There are steps down to the event however if you or a member of your group are disabled, there is access to the ground. Our attendants will be happy to assist you.




Can I bring children?


Absolutely. We will have a number of children’s activities on the day. We apologise in advance however baby changing facilities are not available so please bear this in mind.




Will toilets be available?


Yes, Adams Park have opened their facilities so full access will be available. Disabled Toilets are also available.




What if I forgot my mask?


Don’t worry. As you enter the event; the Lifestyle Team will be on hand to supply masks where required and hand sanitizer. There will be a 50p surcharge for masks.
