Following our passion for bringing truly unique experiences to the industry, we took on a new business venture – say hello to the Champagne Fire Truck! Dating back to 1972, our British Leyland AEC fire engine has been lovingly restored to retain many original features, while granting it a new lease of life as a high-end Champagne bar.
With original working sirens, blue lights, chrome detailing and iconic red paintwork, the Champagne Fire Truck retains it’s original character, yet with a quirky twist!
The side lockers – once home to hose reels and kit, now house fridges brimming with Champagne. A stunning bar, constructed from authentic French riddling racks is topped with a section of the fire truck’s original water tank, while a gazebo consisting of a ladder frame and stunning red canopy offers shelter from the elements.
We are so excited to say that we have partnered with the below charities. Any donations to these charities will help in such a massive way.
We’re a family run distillery in the Buckinghamshire village of Penn Street, deep in the Chiltern Hills. It started out as a challenge between two brothers. Could we create a gin from scratch that would impress family and friends?
It soon became an obsession. And we set our sights a little higher. We wanted to produce the best hand-crafted gin around.
The idea of blending modern distilling techniques with the craft of producing small-batch spirits was something that always really inspired us. We source organic and local produce whenever possible. It was essential to only use the finest and freshest botanicals for our classic spirits and create new flavour combinations.
Having experimented with different distilling techniques we were drawn to the idea of cold distillation. During this process, each botanical is individually macerated to draw out its essential oils.
