Please read through the below information before applying to be part of The Lifestyle Show, Christmas.

Due to popular demand, the Christmas show is a two day event. Whilst you are invited to take part on both days, there will be a staIlholder fee for both days of the event. If you would then like to apply, please download an application form from the bottom of the page. We will then confirm if you have been successful. 

About the Show

The Lifestyle Show will showcase the best of Bucks and the local area. Allowing local independent shops and online traders to showcase some of their best items.

Stallholders will include:


-Clothing Boutiques


-Kids Clothing

-Candles & Wax Melts


-Décor Companies

-Family Activities



-Dog Boutique

-Santas Grotto


Food and drink will be available on site, with a limited number at a time invited into the food zone.

-Mulled Wine

-Waffles & Crepes

-Hot Chocolate

-Roasted Chestnuts

There will be an array of stalls spaced out within the car park.

The Christmas show will be held under a giant structure, allowing for social distancing, weather proofing and to ensure guest safety in the current environment.

Each stall holder will have a pitch that will allow for social distancing between stalls.  All attendees will be directed in 1 flow of movement, this will allow for every stall holder to be seen and comply with social distancing measures. 

Pitch Details

Limited pitches available with Electricity

Saturday Structure Pitch - £100 (including 6ft Table & Chair)

Saturday Indoor Pitch - £105 (including Electricity, 6ft Table & Chair)

Sunday Structure Pitch - £100 (including 6ft Table & chair)

Sunday Indoor Pitch - £105 (including Electricity, 6ft Table & Chair)

A catering/beverage pitch will cost £120 per day (where food or drink is being sold)


Payment details will be sent out to all stallholders that are confirmed.



If you need to cancel your stall, the deposit payment is non refundable. 

We require 1 weeks notice for cancellation, in which you will not have to pay the remaining balance. 

This cancellation must be in writing, via email ( 

If you cancel within 1 week before the event, you will be liable to pay the remaining balance.


If we have to cancel the show due to Covid-19 or other unforeseen circumstances, all stallholders payments will be refunded. 


Health & Safety


There is limited electricity available, please see pitch fees above.

We would love makers to be able to take part in the Christmas Show, so have made sure we allocate some indoor socially distanced space for power requirements.


Your Pitch

All stallholders must check their stalls before opening, for any hazards. Sanitiser must be present on your stall and you must adhere to your allocated space, to allow for social distancing.

All waste from your stall, including packaging, must be taken away at the end of the day. Nothing must be left on site. The bins provided throughout the show are for the use of the customer, not stallholders. 

What We Need

All stallholders must provide recent and in date PLI Certificate (Public Liability Insurance). This must be sent in with your application form in order to be considered.

Every stall holder must agree to social distancing measures, including providing hand sanitiser on all stalls.

If you have a food pitch, you must provide up to date food hygiene certificates for any person on the stall handling food.

Stallholder Property

The stall holder agrees that all property belonging to him/her and his/her employees and agents shall remain vested in the stall holder and the organisers accept no responsibility for any loss or damage.
